Fries and wings were extremely cold even though I showed up at the time they said the food would be ready. I bought it for my mom because she'd just returned from Europe. She wasn't very happy. You guys have to do much better at this location.

My go-to Wing Stop. Food is always fresh. I always order online and then go pick it up and enjoy it at home. Lemon Pepper Wings are thee absolute best hands down! 🤤😋

If I could give 0 I would food took about an hour to get my food, all workers look super lost and cluttered in there, food was raw and slimy and to finish it off they charged my card multiple times and all they said was it happens a lot and that I should get my money back from 3-5 business days, while waiting multiple people were complaining about also the same problem as me

This store is my closest place, I have been making orders for years and this day I made an order for 75 wings, and having the order at home we were short of 15 wings. I called the store with Robert and his response was "I can't solve it for you, I have to check the cameras". I am completely disappointed in the way to solve it, I paid $140.

Went to go pick up an order from this place. They are extremely cheap. I asked for a cup of ice. They tried to charge me 4 bucks for the cup. Will never come back here again in my life.
